QuickBooks matches the obvious deposits and payroll and leaves you the coffees, software trials, and one-off Ubers. Tap a charge or just tell the assistant what it was, and it's filed. The more you sort together, the more it recognizes on its own — so it handles more and asks you less, but you're always steering.
