Good news — there's nothing to opt out of. Happy Controller does not sell or share your personal information, full stop. We never have, and it's not part of our business model.

Our commitment

Our intended business model is product subscriptions — never selling your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to anyone, and we don't “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws.

What this means for you

No data brokers. Your information never goes to one.
No ad targeting. We don't use your financial data to advertise.
Only essential processors. We use service providers (hosting, AI) strictly to run the product, never for their own marketing.
